Overview
Sunyang Barefoot Festa is an exclusive festival that participants can walk or run barefoot along the red clay trail while enjoying a cultural experience. Feet are thought to be the second heart in our body as it connects the entire living being. Moreover, stimulating the feet by walking on clay road are known to have positive health benefits such as preventing and healing diseases, and stress relieving.
